Statement of Accounts for reimbursement of Govt. Share of Stipend paid to Engg. Graduate, Technician and Technician (Vocational) Apprentices engaged under Apprentices Act, 1961.

(To be submitted in triplicate at the end of each quarter i.e. months ending March, June, September and December to 

the Board of Apprenticeship Training (N.R.) 16, Block 1-A, Lakhanpur, Kanpur 208024

1. Certified that the above amounts have been paid to the apprentices and stamp receipts received from them    

    have been kept in our records.
2. Certified that the above Govt. share of stipend has not been claimed and received before from the

    Government of India and is actually due as per the provisions of Apprentices Act, 1961.
3. Certified that the progress of training has been satisfactory in respect of each apprentice for the period

     mentioned against each.
4. Certified that during the period of claim apprentices have not availed any leave without stipend (otherwise

    details of leave must be attached with the Bill).
