We also declare that all the provisions of the Apprentices Act 1961, as amended from time to time including those relating to Registration and Termination of Contract are binding on us.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1. Under the Act, those persons who had training or job experience for a period of one year or more, after attaining the qualification shall   

     not  be eligible for being engaged as an apprentice.
2. Under the Act. An apprentice, who has joined one establishment is not allowed to change the establishment without prior approval of Board.
3. A copy of Schedule - VI giving terms & conditions of contract of Apprenticeship must be given to each apprentice by the Employer.
